1/4cupgreen onionchopped⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1red bell peppersliced⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1/2cuppurple cabbagesliced ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1/2avocadosliced⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1/4cupcilantro
Instructions
Clean and dry collard leaves, removing stem ends.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Mix salmon and mayo together with Everything But the Bagel seasoning until thoroughly combined. Set aside.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Lay collard leaf out and put salmon spread down the spine.
Top with all the veggies.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Gently roll the collard greens into burrito-like shape, slice in half and take a bite!
Notes
If you need something to dip your wrap in, try a 1:1 ratio of lemon and tahini or peanut butter and soy sauce and thin with water until desired dipping consistency.
